That helped some but I found lots of content providers were doing streaming (recorded live building sessions with chat) and speed builds (recorded build sessions sped up and usually no commentary). So I turned to YouTube and watched tutorials. It is like everything else there are several ways to do things (mouse clicks or keyboard shortcuts) and help files are not so helpful these days. I had a lot of trouble just getting around the map the mouse and camera controls were awkward.Įverything is connected by paths (which were difficult to control) and the building sequences were a challenge to say the least. My first efforts were really frustrating. Planet Zoo is a zoo management game - you are presented with a flat map on the continent/biome of your choice and you build animal habitats, purchase the animals, provide staff and try to make your guests happy. I like building and management games no combat or conquering types for me. #PLANET ZOO SALES PLUS#These last few years I have played a lot of Banished plus Anno 1800, Civ 6 and Tropico and some post-apocalyptic types but nothing really held my interest. I stumbled over it in late Spring and it is the first game I have truly loved to play since the City Builders years before. This year I am totally immersed in a video game, Planet Zoo. Last summer I spent a lot of time doing jig-saw puzzles. Some years I work on photos and do photo art.
